The Lost Sheep Initiative The Lost Sheep Initiative is a nonprofit Christian organization dedicated to supporting ministers and providing vital information to the families of missing persons. Founded in November 2025, the organization operates entirely through the efforts of volunteers, including the Executive Director, five Board Members, a Field Researcher, and a Records Researcher. Our leadership team brings together a wealth of experience from law enforcement, ministry, business, and community service. The Executive Director and Founder is a former Police Officer, ordained Minister, and licensed Private Investigator. The Board of Directors includes a retired Police Chief, a retired Police Officer, and three Business Professionals. Our Field Researcher, a former Military Police Officer now working in Retail Management, and our Records Researcher, an active member of a Volunteer Search and Rescue Team, contribute their specialized expertise to our mission. While we aspire to eventually provide modest compensation for field personnel, all current donations are used to cover field expenses and are deeply appreciated.
