By using the Service, creating an account, claiming a listing, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](https://myrtlebeachsbest.com/privacy-policy). If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. ## Service, eligibility, and accounts The Service helps visitors discover Grand Strand businesses, attractions, accommodations, services, and editorial content. Features may include accounts, listing claims, saved content, sponsored placements, advertising, and outbound links. Features may change. Public browsing does not require an account. You must be at least 13 to create one. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must consent. Provide accurate information, safeguard your account, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. ### Google and Apple sign-in When you use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, you authorize that provider to authenticate you and provide the information you approve. The provider's own terms and privacy policy govern its service. We do not receive your provider password. Apple Hide My Email relay addresses are valid account addresses and do not have to be replaced. Google and Apple are independent third parties. Their availability is not guaranteed. Revoking provider authorization may prevent provider sign-in but does not automatically delete your Myrtle Beach's Best account. A recently signed-in user may disconnect a provider or permanently delete the account through the account page, subject to the confirmation and retention terms in the Privacy Policy. Email sign-in remains available after Google or Apple is disconnected. ## Directory information and business claims Directory information is for general planning and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Verify hours, prices, availability, accessibility, policies, safety conditions, and other material details with the business. A listing is not an endorsement. Sponsored placements are labeled. If you submit or claim a business listing, you represent that you are authorized and that supplied information is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We may verify authorization, edit formatting, request evidence, reject or remove content, or revoke a claim. Claiming a listing does not create ownership of our directory record, taxonomy, analytics, or platform-generated materials. ## User content You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting and accessibility, display, distribute, and promote it as needed to operate and market the Service. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems except for lawful retention, backups, prior authorized uses, and material incorporated into shared or aggregated features. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. Do not upload confidential data, complete payment-card data, government identifiers, malware, or unlawful content. ## Paid services and advertising Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation terms, and included features will be shown at purchase. You authorize the payment processor to charge the selected method. Listing plans renew automatically for the interval shown. You may cancel renewal in the billing workspace for effect at the end of the paid period and resume before that date. Standard-to-Premium upgrades require a displayed proration preview and confirmation and may take effect immediately after successful payment. Premium-to-Standard downgrades take effect at the next renewal. We do not advertise a free trial or promise an automatic prorated refund. Refunds remain available when required by law or expressly stated in the offer or support resolution. Paid placements are labeled and do not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, ranking, or revenue. We may reject advertising that is deceptive, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with our standards. ## Acceptable use and third parties Do not break laws; infringe rights; impersonate others; submit false claims or reviews; scrape or automate access contrary to published instructions; bypass security or access controls; introduce malicious code; overload the Service; manipulate rankings, advertising metrics, or engagement; or use Service data to build unlawful profiles or target vulnerable people. The Service may link to maps, booking services, advertisers, payment processors, identity providers, and other third parties. We do not control their availability, content, prices, security, or practices. Your transaction is with that third party unless expressly stated otherwise. ## Ownership, privacy, and termination The Service, design, software, taxonomy, compilation, platform-created content, and marks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms. Third-party marks belong to their owners. Our Privacy Policy explains data practices. You may unsubscribe from marketing, but we may send necessary transactional, security, legal, and account messages. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risk, legal exposure, or harm. You may stop using the Service and delete the account through the account page or request deletion assistance at any time. ## Disclaimers and liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided **as is** and **as available**, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, or security. We do not warrant that listings or third-party services are accurate, safe, licensed, open, accessible, or suitable. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myrtle Beach's Best and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or harm arising from third-party businesses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited. You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Myrtle Beach's Best and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your content, listings, ads, organization, misuse, or violation of these Terms or another's rights. This does not require indemnification for our unlawful conduct. ## Governing law, changes, and contact South Carolina law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve it after written notice. We may revise these Terms as the Service or law changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes receive additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, but changes do not retroactively alter a dispute where prohibited.
