MCP gives compatible assistants access to the business tools your role permits. ## What your agent can do Anyone can search and read published listings. With your signed-in approval, an agent can suggest factual corrections, submit a new listing, request ownership review for an unclaimed listing, check its requests, and withdraw eligible pending requests. Verified owners can read management workspaces, submit listing edits for review, upload images for moderation, remove gallery images, manage billing details and invoices, preview or change plans, and cancel or resume renewal. Checkout and payment-method updates use secure Stripe fields. **You approve. Our team reviews.** Connecting an agent does not verify business ownership or grant access beyond your current organization role. Listing edits and new images remain moderated. Billing changes require separate permission and confirmation and can incur charges. Agents cannot approve ownership claims or buy sponsored placement through these tools. ## Connect in four steps 1. **Find your listing** in the [directory](https://myrtlebeachsbest.com/directory) and keep its URL. If it is missing, prepare a new submission. For ownership access, use the listing's claim option or ask your agent to request a claim; our team must verify it. 2. **Add a remote MCP server** in your AI app's custom connector or MCP settings. Choose Streamable HTTP (sometimes labeled HTTP). Use this URL: `https://myrtlebeachsbest.com/mcp`. Moderated submissions require OAuth with public-client registration and S256 PKCE. Some apps support only anonymous search and reading. 3. **Authorize when prompted.** Your app opens our sign-in and permission screen. Can incur charges. - `listings:suggest`: suggest factual corrections for review. - `listings:submit`: submit a new listing and associated ownership request. - `listing-claims:request`: request ownership review for an unclaimed listing. Organization editors can manage listing content and galleries. Analysts can list their organizations and listings. Account deletion, sign-in methods and passkeys remain in website account settings. Card entry and bank authentication use Stripe. Platform administrators can separately approve `admin:listings:create` to add private, free business drafts without an ownership claim. Review and publish through the returned management page. Search and reading need no sign-in. Authorized access lasts 15 minutes with no automatic refresh. Your app must repeat authorization after expiry. Request status is visible only to the same account and OAuth client that submitted it. ## Try these requests > Find my business in Myrtle Beach's Best using its name and address. Never send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or private customer information. ## Stay in control Review each submission and decline unnecessary permissions. Removing a connector stops its use in that app but does not guarantee revocation of an already-issued token. Tokens expire after 15 minutes. A site account screen for managing connected agents is not yet available. Disconnecting does not withdraw a submission. Use the site's listing and correction forms. - **Search works but submissions do not?** Check OAuth support and permissions. Some clients do not open sign-in from a tool-level authorization prompt; consult connector settings or use the site form. - **Access expired?** Reauthorize in the app. Do not paste tokens or sign-in codes into chat. - **Cannot see an earlier request?** Use the original agent connection, account, and returned request ID. - **Listing already claimed?** Contact the organization's owner or support. A different agent does not override the claim. When reporting a problem, include the app name, time, and error message, with tokens and credentials removed. ## For agent builders Use `https://myrtlebeachsbest.com/mcp` as both the endpoint and OAuth resource audience, in authorization and token exchange. The REST API has a different audience. Only authorization code with S256 PKCE is supported; there are no refresh-token or client-credentials grants. Discover tools through MCP. Mutations require explicit user confirmation; submissions and admin creation require a stable idempotency key for retries. After an uncertain owner action, inspect its workspace before retrying.
